Run Projects People Trust
Process groups, agile in practice, and the tooling and listening that hold it together.

About this path
Project management splits into two camps that rarely speak: the PMP process groups and agile practice. Both are right about different projects. This path takes the initiating and executing modules from one, the agile fundamentals and delivery modules from the other, a Notion system so the plan lives somewhere real, and the listening skills that decide whether anyone tells you the truth about status.
What you'll learn
- Initiate a project with a scope people actually agreed to
- Run execution and change control without becoming a bottleneck
- Explain when agile fits and when it does not
- Facilitate the core agile ceremonies without cargo-culting them
- Keep plans, decisions, and status in one place people trust
The path, module by module
Each step is lifted from a full course in our catalog, and where a course repeats itself we keep only the lessons that earn their place.
